Philosophy Of Logic

[close] This club is about traditional Stoicism with the distinct purpose of enabling and promoting discourse on Stoic philosophy as a way of life.

[close] We are a group of Interlochen students and teachers devoted to exploring books and friendly discussions in the study of Philosophy. Our special interest is in the uses of Philosophy with regard to Art, Mythology, History, Ethics, and Culture. Our group will also include philosophical literature (Camus' The Plague, for example) but NO fantasy, vampire, zombie nonsense.

[close] We read and discuss the works of Arthur Schopenhauer. [Note: This group uses the book "Delphi Collected Works of Arthur Schopenhauer (Illustrated) (Delphi Series Eight Book 12)" as the primary source for group readings.] [Additional Note: The book "Essay on the Freedom of the Will" does not appear in "Delphi Collected Works of Arthur Schopenhauer (Illustrated) (Delphi Series Eight Book 12)", but all other books on the group's homepage do.]

[close] A group dedicated to the study of logic, both as a mathematical discipline and a philosophical one. Thus it concerns theorems about formal logical systems, as well as debate about the nature of logic.
