[close] In addition to being a Toastmasters Club, we are also a book club. Each month we discuss a book that one of our members has suggested. The presentation of the book review and a facilitated discussion about the book (our version of Table Topics) comprises the first part of the meeting. During the second half of the meeting members are encouraged to give Pathways Speeches that are either related to the book of the month or not. Of course, all speeches will be evaluated during the evaluation portion of the meeting. Please visit our website for more information on joining our book club meetings and for information about toastmasters. From time to time, we have the pleasure of having the authors visit our club. Here we have the opportunity to ask questions and have further discussion directly with the author.
