[close] This group is for books centering around mental health. I personally enjoy mental health fiction novels to give me more insight and understanding of my own mental health, but also to allow me to connect better due to my own experiences and broaden my horizon to other mental health issues and/or illnesses.

[close] We often see villains in both fiction and non-fiction, but we rarely address the fundamental cause of harmful intent. The relevance of understanding character disorder seems to be growing as outrageous episodes of slaughter and abuse break into the headlines each day. I hope to create a forum in which we can share concepts and information so that, as authors, we can speak with an educated voice. Please join in if you have anything to add, correct or update on the subject of character disorder. And if you have questions, I hope this group will have answers.

[close] A place to discuss all the unique aspects of Deaf culture as highlighted in the thriller Silent Fear (A novel inspired by true crimes) by Lance & James Morcan. This group can also be an intersection of sorts where Deaf and hearing people can engage and learn from each other.
