[close] In New Jersey, land bank entities are permitted to adopt internal policies so as to ensure governance - by way of community advisory boards - are kept up-to-date. I.e.: are provided with adequate information. This would enable community advisory boards to provide input into decisions made by land bank entities. The community advisory board would serve as a stakeholder. Communities - along with those who live in communities - are stakeholders. New Jersey land bank entities are able to work with municipalities - and with community advisory boards - to establish online databases. Online databases would provide the public with information applicable to sale prices of land bank properties which have been purchased by land bank entities, on behalf of a municipality. In New Jersey, annual reports would be created for municipalities by land bank entities. Within the annual reports, the land bank entity would provide data relating to properties which are being held by the land bank entity. As well as what functions the land bank entity performed over the course of the year.
