My favorites: The eagle, Vespasian, The enemy of Rome, Legionary Series, Thrice Named Man, and Marius Mules. Just to name a few. I have read almost every good mainstream Roman series and made this group to discuss and find new books!

Preference is given to themes of: engaging politics, sprawling battles, drugs(errr .. mead) and debauchery.
