[close] Hiya, bookworms! This is a group where fellow booklovers from the community who run social medias dedicated to all things bookish can find new friends & gain more interaction on their socials. Basically what it is, is a group for new and long time members of the bookish community to try and gain as much engagement, likes, comments, followers/subscribers & general involvement in the community as possible via their chosen social network. I’ve only started Bookstagram myself, and I’ve noticed it can be really hard to get involved into conversations & general interaction as there are so many cool bookish accounts- so this is a way for everybody to feel a little bit more involved ☺️. So basically, if you were to make a post saying “please like my recent & respond to my qotd!” Or “follow for follow!” The idea would be that as many people would like/respond/follow - you would then do the same in return for each person, so everybody has more engagement and therefor everyone has a better chance of gaining not only more interaction, but result in more followers, likes & comments. It's also for authors and readers to connect/network with authors who are on Instagram! It's great fun and wonderful marketing! (Non-authors can join too so they can find more books!)
