This group and many others like it were made as this type of genre can sometimes be considered uncommon if not rare in this media. [close] After The Rage Virus, a rare foreign epidemic that makes its hosts go into violent rage spread through the world, North America was left in ruin. Brother turned against brother, motherless children roamed the streets in search of a family that would never return, and gruesome, bloody battles between the humans were constantly fought over the little resources they were able to scrounge up. The fortunate ones were able to evacuate, the ones that were not so lucky were forced to remain within the ruin-- doomed to live a life of unending struggle. Over the next few years, nature began to alter the humans so they would be able to cope with the hardships of a world turned to ruin. The toxic chemicals and hazardous laboratory, hospital, and factory waste began making their way into the humans' systems, changing their genetics and eventually transforming them into otherworldly beings. These beings would soon be known as 'Deviations' The two species had only one thing in common; both species wanted to survive. They began to work together in a final attempt to save North America-- Eventually they had a system going. And civilization was slowly making a comeback within the area. Unfortunately, this collaboration wouldn't last long. The alliance began to disagree on many things having to do with how the hierarchy would work and the future of the region, thus, they soon turned on each other, some humans joining the Deviations, and some Deviations joining the humans. After the alliance was completely split, two gangs made up of former members were created, each with their own rules and ideas of survival. One thing they shared, however, was their need to be the only species alive and thriving. With rival gang fights, constant battle for territory and resource, and the undead roaming the earth, survival is dire.
