Superheroes aren't widespread, they're not world wide. But in Tesla City, they're everywhere. Superheroes and supervillains fight on a daily basis and the Tesla Times records all of it. Comic books detail the battles, adding in their own twists and backstories. Just like every super, the Tesla City heroes and villains need to keep their identities secret and lead their own lives outside of their business.
