[close] This group is for members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, "Mormons". With a focus on LDS books. Also invited are any Christian Women with similar beliefs with a high standard of morality. For those that put God, Christ and family as their first priority.

[close] The Better Living Book Club is a reading group at the Swansea Free Public Library. It is an online book club where books are selected each month for reading and discussion. Titles will be available from the library catalog. This is an online book club only.

[close] Readers of all ages and genders are welcome to join this group. (Feel free to introduce yourself!) This is a showcase of work by older female writers. These authors have gathered wisdom as they witnessed eras of change which the young can only experience through the eyes of their elders. And here are some particularly interesting elders! Women who are along in years are encouraged to introduce themselves and share links to their blogs or books. There is a Facebook group by the same name- we are composed of unpublished writers along with successful authors. We are working on getting more readers who are younger and we are looking for more males to join. We do have some male readers in the FB group- men who aren't frightened away by the group name and who want to support female authors. [close] Welcome to Short & Sweet Treats! We are here to read books together, engage in discussions, and have fun. We play lots of games and read lots of good books! Each month, we will read a different genre voted by our members, at 200 pages or less. This is great for those who may have busy schedules and is also a good way to acquaint yourself with a genre you haven't tried yet. You may end up discovering you like a new genre you never would have imagined. Active participation is encouraged. But much like desserts and other treats, take what you want and leave the rest. Having fun is mandatory :)
