[close] This meetup (also through Meetup.com) is for anyone who is interested in coming together to form friendships and create a community with people who also happen to love books and enjoy discussing them in a positive and relaxed environment. The books will primarily be fiction and are open to all genres. However, if anyone is interested in reading a non-fiction book we are open to that as well. ALL suggestions welcomed.

[close] Bears and admirers are invited to join our book club. We read roughly one book per month which is chosen via a Facebook poll. We have no specific genre guidelines for our reading choices. Our meetings take place at varying venues through Metro Vancouver (coffee shops, restaurants, lounges, wherever). And the best part, it's pretty awesome. All group members are on Facebook and active in our group there.

[close] Book club based in Vancouver, BC that meets monthly to discuss science fiction & fantasy books. Each month one book will be selected for a group discussion at our meetup. Time will also be allotted for general chit chat and sharing other book recommendations you read this month. For those not able to attend the meetup, this group will also serve as a place to discuss the month's book. Please refrain from discussing the month's book until the meetup date to avoid spoilers for those still reading. This group is open to all ages, however most books will be at the adult reading level and may contain adult language.
