Legends of dragon spirits guarding a lake or river. They are the creatures of medieval times, of fantasy and stories for the brave and adventurous. But those are the stories. Stories of what was once a golden age that had seemingly died away. What if however, the Age of Dragons was to rise again? What if amongst the humans and mages, there were such people as Dragonbloods? People born with dragon blood in them, descended from the great creatures of that long deceased golden age, who must hide their true nature in the form of a human? Set in the misty city of Typhon, in the early years of the Victorian Era, this is the Heartland of the Dragons, where the dragonbloods hide, and the dragonslayers go slaying.
