Witchy

[close] This group is about all the witchy vibes and horror books we like. Feel free to talk about the books you love.

[close] Each month we shall read a new book that we vote upon. For the month of May, we shall be reading, Book of Shadows by Phyllis Currot. Each week, on Thursdays we shall get together (platform undecided). Everyone bring a topic or discussion point for the meetings.

[close] A club for readers of fiction about witches only! “There are some things, after all, that Sally Owens knows for certain: Always throw spilled salt over your left shoulder. Keep rosemary by your garden gate. Add pepper to your mashed potatoes. Plant roses and lavender for luck. Fall in love whenever you can.” Alice Hoffman, Practical Magic. "Now is the time. This is the hour. Ours is the magic. Ours is the power." The Craft "Mud and silk, blood and milk, never the twain should meet. For if they do, bad luck to you, Tis the Devil you'll greet." Welcome to the #BookstaCoven.🔮 Founded in October 2018 by Jana {bookishwiccan}, spurred by a discussion with Gwen {gwenmitchellauthor}, this is a safe space for all those interested in sharing our mutual love of witchcraft, coffee, and books. This group is where we will keep track of our reading progress, what books we want to read for read-a-longs, discussions on sabbats and witchy resources, immense amounts of coffee talk, and lots more! All are welcome to join the coven, if posting on tumblr, twitter, or instagram, use the hashtag #BookstaCoven for features!! Stay wild, stay spooky and happy reading!
