[close] Welcome! This group is open to Generation Xers born between 1965 and 1980. Please share a book you recommend and why or a book you are thinking about reading soon and why. Give yourself permission to talk about a book that's on your mind or that's still on your bookshelf collecting dust! As the " sandwich generation" overwhelmed with responsibilities and often chronic exhaustion, we Generation Xers need to find each other to share and inspire one another.

[close] A modernized approach to feminism, society, spirituality, and varied forms of oppression inspired by Kat Stratford from 10 Things I Hate About You. This will consist of a variety of classical, and modern literature and everyone is encouraged to recommend their favourite works to our bookshelf.

[close] DOP is a book club for fascinating women who love to learn about diverse subjects and enjoy friendly debates with other engaging women while learning from multifaceted viewpoints. We will look for two books each month (easy read-fiction & non-fiction) which will provoke our thoughts and challenge our concepts; and perhaps, move us extraordinarily. Our discussions will be about a variety of topics we deal with today, yesterday, and tomorrow...basically, we will have a fabulous time bantering about anything and everything!!!
