[close] We will be choosing books, both fiction and non-fiction, that highlight issues women have faced throughout history and/or still continue to struggle with today in hopes of starting a conversation to share our own experiences in a safe environment.

[close] Join us for a monthly book club featuring feminist authors and works. We're looking to form a community of people interested in learning about feminism as it affects the many aspects of our lives through books, reading, and discussion. Our goal is to build and strengthen the feminist community in the Prescott area, learn and grow from each other’s experiences and contributions, and create a spring board for feminist-centered, intersectional social change in our community and beyond.

[close] The Gender at Work Book Club's bi-monthly podcast series, “Feminists Rethinking Transformation”, features diverse voices from the Gender at Work’s international network of feminist scholars, activists, and community-led development practitioners. In our informal conversations, we discuss books, articles, films, and other media that help us to find new ways of understanding our work, our institutions, our society and ambitiously, ourselves! By coming together in this new space, we seek to re-examine the resilience of patriarchy and assess the willingness and resistance of organizations and communities to create cultures of equality. "Feminists Rethinking Transformation" amplifies voices crucial in this transformative process of cultivating promising alternatives for a feminist future.
