Seeing as I have been away for a few weeks, I haven't really got a theme for the month, so I suggest that we should do something were we read 1 or 2 books and then state our opinions of them. These could be any books you like.

Do you have any suggestions for another mystery detective fiction book???

Does anyone else think that Foxface committed suicide?

I thought the idea for Montana sky sounded great, and was looking forward to this novel. However I found about half way through that I wished there was more work on the character development instead of the details of the sex life of the characters (Tess and Nate, Willa and Ben etc.). At the start I loved this book, it would have got **** or even ***** stars from me (which is incredibly good)!! I disliked the character of Tess. I thought she was good at the start, but at the end became flat, boring and irritating. I liked Willa's character, especially at the start, but again started to dislike her at the end. Lily and Adam were the only characters I liked consistently thoroughly Montana Sky. Overall, I would rate it **/*****

It seems like we are doing film books as our theme in May. We would like some recommendations of good novels that have been made into a film.

That is fine, we are aiming to finish it by the 14th so we can start something new but if you don't finish it by then that is fine
