Another suggestion - pose a provocative question or opinion and get some people passionate about it. Here's a scary one - I just learned that some military operatives have eye implants that provide infrared vision. This came from a very knowledgeable and well-connected source, but I don't know if I believe it or not. The implant is irreversible, according to this source.

First, you've got to get members. Invite friends using the "Invite some" link under "Friends in this group." I'll do it in a day or two - I just invited a bunch to the Technothriller group and I don't want to wear out my welcome.
