Got my ticket purchased!! Thanks again Tracy, you did an amazing job last year and I'm very excited to be there again this year!! :)
It was kind of fun to write in. At least they did respond :)If enough customers complain, maybe things will change!
I recently emailed Jeff @ Amazon and thought I'd post my response from them and the email. Um, not impressed at all :(Hello Paul,
I'm Darren Bafus of Amazon.com's Executive Customer Relations. Jeff Bezos received your email and asked me to respond on his behalf.
We continue to hone and improve our email marketing in order to help our customers find and discover products they want to buy. Using the same principles as our Recommendation technology, we're able to provide customers with regular updates on products we believe will be of interest based on previous purchases.
This technology continues to require review and improvements to send the best email marketing recommendations to our customers.
We appreciate the feedback, and we'lll continue working to improve the customer experience and the email marketing recommendations to match our customers’ full interests.
Regards,
Darren P. Bafus

Subject: Fwd: Amazon Customer: New in Mystery and Thriller Books
Hello,
I'm a very active Amazon customer, which I'm sure you can confirm by reviewing my account.
I have purchased hundreds of eBooks, and I can only think of two that were not M/M Romance. My question is, why are all the advertising emails I receive from Amazon for mainstream authors and NEVER for M/M Romance.
I'm sure this is an oversight or error in your emailing algorithm. I would hate to think this was purposeful discrimination towards your gay or gay-friendly customers.
I would certainly enjoy getting emails containing new releases of M/M Romance eBooks, but if that is not possible, I would like to know how to opt out of receiving emails for books I have no interest in.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
Paul Wright
Hi everyone, I'm Paul and I'm a big fan of M/M Romance with too many favorite authors to list, but am excited that many of them are attending this year! I missed last year due to a work snafu, but have already let work know that this year I'll be unavailable! LOL Thank you Tracy for putting this together!!
I just wanted to quickly say a HUGE "thank you" to ttg! You a working so hard on the meet up :)I am sure I am not alone, but wanted to give you a shout out anyway. :-)
Thank you!!!

Hate to say it, but space 36 is not the last one."
Thanks Beth :) I'll read another and get it fixed!
(see what happens when I print out the board early?)

But the rest of my stuff won't make you cry, I promise!"Never apologize! I'm in the middle of Prey and after getting into it, I'm loving it. Books that make me feel are always my favorites. Besides, there's nothing wrong with a good cry :)
