Carlos’s comments from the DLA Las Pinas- Third Year group.

The Author of The Alchemist is Paulo Coelho. He is from Brazil. He is still alive. He is 65 years old and was born last August 24, 1947 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Coelho concluded that a writer "always wears glasses and never combs his hair" . His first book was Hell Archives. A small publishing house in Brazil printed 900 copies and decided not to reprint it for the failure of Coelho's first books. The Alchemist became the best seller and sell almost 65 million copies and has been translated in 71 languages. Won numerous awards and one of them is a Crystal Award by the World Economic Forum.

1. The first novel I finished was Little Prince (First Year)
2. I am a keychain collector.
3. I always eat at home like every hour except when I am sleeping. I LOVE FOOD. :)
4. I like movies that were based from books.
5. I like playing and spectating volleyball.
6. I like to drawing but my drawing sucks.
7. I still have my bedtime during school days -- 11 P.M. (max)
8. I only read novels during summer.
9. My inspiration for studying are my parents and food. I LOVE FOOD :)
