Very interesting. One question: is there really no Copyright in Titels? Cause in German speaking countries we have a title-Protection. Does this Not count for other countries? Or Self-up Publishers?

The list is nice, some more parts are missing, but especially one thing I cannot repeat often enough - show/tell someone who has never heard of it before - not family! This person will ask you honestly and so you find the lacks. And after writing - use an editor. It supports your work. and for the plot: make sure there are no loose ends if you do not continue the story in a sequel.
