Your story has a familiar ring. I am in about a 20,000 words into my second middle grade book and am tempted to read the stack of books I try to avoid while writing. There are so many good titles out there.

I'm new to the group. I've read Divergent, and Daughter of Smoke and Bones. I loved the Harry Potter books, the Rick Riordan books. I'd love suggestions for reading, especially books that could have a PG13 rating if they were movies. Phyllis Cherry
