As much as we love King at his creepiest, many of us have a weakness for the unexpected softer side that sometimes comes out in his stories. But what a surprise to hear you link it to It -- that's great insight!

Yes, Laura, this sounds like a delightful way to escape (and across the pond to France, nonetheless)! The Beautiful Ones, as you described, does sound beautiful. Thank you for the recommendation.

This is a title we've been watching closely, so thank you for letting us know about the push-and-pull of its appeal, Denise! The hunger for twisty books (and, as you say, twisted characters) doesn't seem to be slowing down in the least. We'll keep this one in mind.

That does sound sweet. It appears the eAudio is available on Hoopla (Stay Sweet-eAudio). Perhaps it is a sweet listen too.
