Don’t let someone else’s concept of beauty make you feel bad about yourself. Beauty comes in all shapes, sizes, and colors.

The aim of this exercise is to let go and self reflect, allowing your mind to declutter and clear up your focus.I highly recommend doing her workshop, she has another one on Instagram Live tonight (Saturday April 18) or here's her previous one: https://www.facebook.com/rupikaurpoet...
Enjoy and stay safe! Sending you love and joy ❤️
Hi everyone, this exercise is inspired by a live workshop I've attended which was given by poet Rupi Kaur. What we'll be doing is something called a "list poem", as the name implies this is a form of poetry where the writing is done in points like a regular list. A topic is given and under that topic, you can write 10 things that you identify with or relate to the topic given. There are no rules here, let your subconscious do the work and write whatever comes up!
Perhaps if everyone has written a list poem, we can move on to other topics.
So the topic is: "A List of Things I Could Share With the World". I'll share mine first so you know how it goes:
1. Kindness
2. Compassion
3. A music playlist to dance in front your bedroom mirror
4. A list of books I really like.
5. Honest conversations
6. Laughter
7. A virtual hug
8. Baking recipes to comfort the soul
9. Love
10. A shoulder for the sad to lean on.
