I just started reading Mexican Gothic by Silvia Moreno-Garcia. It's set in 1950s Mexico and is excellent so far. If you love historical fiction with a bit of horror/thriller I would recommend it !

I also love when authors reference other books in what I'm reading. That's a good idea to keep a list!
My best quarantine read was probably The Southern Book Club's Guide to Slaying Vampires by Hendrix. It was dark, weird, hysterical and fabulous all at the time time. I would recommend it if you like horror, and books that transport you to another place.
Casey Fedor wrote: "Currently reading the Book Thief. So good so far!"I keep meaning to read this one, but haven't gotten around to it! If you're look for another really good fiction book set in World War II, try Those Who Save Us by Jenna Blum. I loved it!
Let us know what your favorite quarantine read has been! What did you like about the book? What kind of reader would you recommend this book to?
