I know this might be a random one but I thought "Five People You Met in Heaven" by Mitch Albom was a good story turned into a movie. It is a shorter book so they did not have to cut any of the story. I get really disappointed when a favorite part in a book gets cut out in the movie. This movie was actually made to go straight to TV but I thought it was a good one.
