Personality: They say I'm strict, but I think I would help the tributes :) though I believe I'm fun to be around.

Appearance: I never wear anything less than 4-inch heels. My hair is bright pink and my eyelashes match!

History: As a child, I always loved watching the Hunger Games, and I always wanted to be a part of the commotion. I didn't want to have to be in charge of their slimy disgusting looks. I wanted to take charge, so here I am.
