You don't need to ask. Just fill the form, then I'll check if they been claimed or not if not, you get them without question, if they have been claimed you have to pick another frame. Titania hasn't been claimed so you'll get her no question.

How they met: Under a tree as the watcher tried to bring him peace
Other: was a human turned warframe and forced to kill his son, play's a instrument called the Shawzin.

Frame: Ivara
Operator: The watcher
Personality: Cool, cunning, and quick to knock a arrow.
How they met: Ivara was saved by The watcher. In return she became one of his frames.
Other: though under her Operators control she's not afraid to smack any perverts for looking at her in that way.

Frame: Volt
Operator: The watcher
Personality: Much like his Operator he is serious, and quick to get a job done, unbelievably cold, distant from the rest of his kind.
How they met: Fulgora was The watchers first and for the longest time only frame. Being the one he woke up in after his sleep. Because of this Fulgora is the most protective of his operator.
Other: wields a bo staff that surges with his electric energy.
