I just finished FRACTURED by Karin Slaughter and am almost at the end of THE AWAKENING by Nora Roberts.

I want to play.

This was a quick, compelling read for me. I'll admit to double-checking the setting---these folks in the U.S. had some actual English in their vocabulary, describing houses as "detached", the term "bits". I found it charming.
This is a fabulous book for me to share with "my" high-school students who love solving mysteries.
