Instead I struggle to get free. My sense of fear overriding my the pain that I don't feel until i see the blood draining down from all the skin I have scrapped off in my attempt to yank my hands out.

What is the word count?

Mostly dialogue. Keep descriptions to those talking. Expression, mannerisms, etc. so the reader can feel the emotional connection.
