I haven't yet read ACOTAR either, so my vote goes to The Cruel Prince! It was pretty good and from the ACOTAR reviews I have read, I don't think it would beat TCP.

Yeah, Harry/Ginny was kind of done to finish the series by making everyone family. But it would have been better if their relationship was developed throughout the series instead of suddenly coming up in HBP.
I prefer Romione. I think it was much more developed while Hinny came out of no where.
