I get you Debbie, School is definitely a place where stress is common as well as loads of work. It's normal to feel anxious and worry Maybe if you try to calm down a bit before class and think about how you're going to plan your day It will help. Usually for me to take a little five min break between class to go drink water, stretch and do other simple daily things like that.

I really need advice, Some of you might already know, but one of my best friend kill himself and This really hit me hard and I'm heartbroken. I actually liked him.....I feel so numb and lost without him. My parents don't know about this and didn't know him. Idk what to say to them since they noticed me crying a lot. Can someone help me..what should I do?
