Bill’s comments from the First Special Service Force group.

I'm a writer whose father was a soldier in the First Special Service Force. For years I've been reading about the FSSF exploits and achievements, and in the last few years I've been working on telling the story again for Dad's sake. I've uncovered so many great books in my research that I decided to share them with others who are interested in this unique WWII Army unit.
I've put a number of books in the list; I'm sticking to books I've read or used for research. I will post notes about each book over time--too much to do all at once. I hope others will share great books on the topic that they've read, so I can add them to my shelves.
