1. What is your name?
Ari

2. Why do you want to be Head Mod?
I want to give back to a group that was kind last year and helped me make new friends, I want to help out.

3. How active will you be?
Basically every day and lets face it, I try to be active even with strict parents so I really shouldn't be on here right now!

4. Have you ever moderated a group before? If so, which one(s)?
The Realm of Books (Head Mod)
Books and Tears (Temporary Head Mod but now just a mod)
Booked Society (on my old account)
Ducktales Rp (on my alt which is Della)


5. In what ways do you think our group could improve?
By doing different challenges and also trying to advertise the fact you have nooks, the nooks section is very dead.
It would be great if we could do readathons.


6. What is the first thing you plan to do if/when you are Head Mod? Reading sprints!
I believe some polls, book nooks, or review contests would be great ways. At Christmas, you could do a KK Challenge involving giving someone else a list of recs they created (the mods will choose who to send it to) and that person tries to complete the prompts. Little competitions such as The Last One to Post could be held every month with a certificate created for the winner.
A great idea would be to contact members of the group and ASK them what they WANT. To me, the member's voices are the most important.

7. How long have you been a part of our group?
October of 2021 on my old. February/March of this year on my new.

8. What qualities do you have that make you qualified for this position?
I am kind, helpful, resourceful, responsible and experienced.
9. What are 3 things about yourself that you admire the most?
My kindness, Intergrity and responsibility

10. Are you aware of how much time, effort, and responsibility is necessary for this position? Are you prepared for it?
Yes I am and I am prepared for it.
