Definitely don't force yourself to read something you ain't into! Honestly I've only read the first few sections of Paradise Lost and can understand not being into it. Maybe trying a play or some fairytale style stories could work better :)

Macbeth is probably my favorite tragedy by Shakespeare (based on what I've read so far.) I hope you enjoy it!
