-> (a+b+c)^3 = (a+b)^3 + 3(a+b)(c)(a+b+c) +c^3
-> = a^3 + 3ab(a+b) +b^3 + 3(a+b)(c)(a+b+c) + c^3
[taking a+b as one unit and c as one]

LHS = ( a + b + c )^ 3 – a^ 3 – b^ 3 – c^ 3
Solving LHS:
( a + b + c )^3 – a^3 – b^3 – c^3 = [a^3 + 3ab(a+b) +b^3 + 3(a+b)(c)(a+b+c) + c^3] – a^3 – b^3 – c^3
= 3ab(a+b) + 3(a+b)(c)(a+b+c)
= 3(a+b) [ab + c(a+b+c)]
= 3(a+b) [ab + ac + bc +c^2]
= 3(a+b) [a(b+c) + c(b+c)]
= 3(a+b)(b+c)(a+c) = RHS
