Alex ’s comments from the Best books you've ever read group.

My favorite book that I have read is probably Penny from Heaven, by Jennifer Lawrence. I loved how it was set in the 1950's, which is my favorite time period for books to be set in, and I enjoyed how Penny came from a loud,Italian family, which made me think of the loud, Scottish (but not Italian) family I come from.
