This is a place that's essentially ruleless (meaning there are no rules specific to this group--site wide rules are always applicable). Just converse if you'd like to.

An OOC stands for "Out of Character," meaning that an OOC is where the players may discuss their role play. Talk about what can happen next, ask questions, put up character profiles. Whatever it is their hearts desire.
