Hyou read the Husbands Secret? It kinda sucked and its the same author...but I'm down to give it a go.

I'm just in search of the most epic book ever since Harry Potter (nothing will ever compare, I know). Anybody have close runner-ups?!?

So wanna make it 3 books since I feel like some people have read gone girl and the others divergent but were all into discussing both? I propose:

Gone girl
Divergent
A classic- jane eyre/pride and prejudice?

So, I do believe that the bulk of our participators are wrapping up their book of choice/have finished already. We are discussing a wine soiree to chat about our reads, so TBD on that information if anybody would like to join. Even if you haven't read the books, who doesn't like wine??

I personally feel offering two options was a great idea, and I propose even throwing out there 3 books this time around.

I know that Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn has been a popular hit and some of you have already read it, while others have expressed to me that they would like to read it. I also know some of our members have started reading Divergent :) while others have already read it. So lets def discuss that soon. FOUR <3333

I kinda liked that part best actually, and disliked most of the rest. I thought that was a different epilogue than most others I've read. I found the story line a bit boring, maybe I just cannot relate to married women yet so it doesn't interest me. But I love Emily Giffin books, which have similar content, so I can partially attribute my lack of interest to an Australia setting? Anyway, I did like their references to pop culture, that always makes me laugh in books.

That was crazy fast, isn't it like 700 pages??

How about we read both, you pick the order you want then we re-group in a few weeks. This way people have options/an immediate new read in case some finish before others.
