I'd love to somehow have a revival for our small book club. Maybe we can start off with some small pep talks and goals for our year ahead.
🌟 I'd love to go first! 🌟
I was lacking in my reading in 2024; I didn't give myself enough time to really spend getting lost in another world. Therefore, I am challenging myself as a reading goal to read AT LEAST 25 books!
I am hoping to exceed this goal also.
( ≧∀≦)ノ
🪷 Books that I definitely want to read this year include: 🌿
• Immortal by Sue Lynn Tan (guys, I actually met her in PERSON! If you want details, LMK) - a stand-alone fantasy, set in the same world as 'Daughter of the Moon Goddess' 🌙
• Divine Rivals by Rebecca Ross - part of a duology 🌉
• Jade Fire Gold by June CL Tan - I think I will LOVE this ⚔️
• Lonely Castle in the Mirror by Mizuki Tsujimura - I have seen this one talked about so much. 🐱
ヽ(*´∀`)八(´∀`*)ノ
Let's start some discussions and post any comments below :)

Currently reading The Stardust Thief by Chelsea Abdullah and GDC by Mo Xiang Tong Xiu :)

answer the previous this or that and then add a comment with two different options.
happy reading and playing.

Long time no see! Happy April - spring has finally sprung and is upon us entirely.
What book(s) have you been reading recently? Do you have a favourite character in them?
:)
For me, I've been reading Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire! My reading life has diminished slightly as I have many deadlines coming up with university, but I am looking forward to read more into May and June.

I recently reset my book goal...
At the end of January, I wandered onto Goodreads and set a reading goal for the year, for the VERY FIRST time! I decided 5 books would be plenty, as I have read little to no books for a couple years. Plus, I am studying an undergraduate degree right now and thought I'd have no spare time... Now here I am, March 7th 2022, and I have already read 8 books for the year! I happily passed my goal and have now ramped up my goal to 25 books.
Let me know what your March books may be, and what your reading goal is for the year! Have you stuck with it so far? Are you looking forward to the rest of the month?
Best wishes.
Sending hugs and warm regards.
x

What are you planning to read in March? Only one day to go, then spring will be upon us (in most of the Northern Hemisphere!!!) ✨️
Let us know, maybe we can get some book buddies going soon enough.

We are nearing the end of the month in a few days, therefore wanted to ask a simple question.
- How has your February been?
Let's discuss 3 good things that happened and 3 not so good things that happened, and how we can deal with those next month! Did you also keep on top of your monthly/yearly reading goal?
Have a great rest of your weekend, despite everything going on in the world. Sending virtual hugs.

Hey, firstly your red panda profile picture melts my heart <3 Hope you are well, would love to get to know you more :) Welcome to the group

A question I pose to our members and anyone outside looking in... (Feel free to leave as many comments as you like.)
❤ * How do you read? * ❤
A few things to consider... What I'm really curious about:
• What format is the book in?
• What time of day do you choose to read?
• Do you read more than one book at a time?
• Do you have snacks or a drink on hand?
• Over what timescale do you read?
Happy commenting. :)

A Tuesday is a day usually for productivity but also happiness and warmth for me.
I am currently reading Daughter of the Moon Goddess and it is super descriptive, with gorgeous imagery about the moon, stars and sky. It is a fantasy book that draws on an old Chinese myth, related to 'Over the Moon' film on Netflix.
Let's discuss what a Tuesday (or Wednesday) means for you and the book you are reading or want to read very soon.
Have a great day.
