Thank you Lexxie. So far, Richard is the only person who looks like he'd be suitable for the job of editor. He says he's thinking about it... but if you know other candidates, they are very welcome to contact me, or post here.

If people can be found to translate individual sections, I can easily fix the typesetting. It's just a question of using the scripts I already have.

I am very happy to comment on the French contributions, but my French isn't good enough that I can act as editor. That has to be done by a native speaker.

I have next to no Spanish, so won't be useful there.
