Are You There God? It's Me, Margaret - Judy Blume

Baby Shade's most favorite read as a young thang. I remember checking this book out every year from like 4th-6th grade. It was everything a lonely gal like myself needed. It's a coming of age story about a girl who felt she had no one to discuss becoming a woman with, instead of the most obvious choice, our creator...God.

A lot of firsts here, first bra, first period, first crush, first kiss. It captures such a innocence that I feel will be super healing for any girl's or lady identifying inner child. The iconic author of this book has so many other good reads, but this one was MY book ya know. Looking at the reviews now, I think I need to put it on my to read again shelf.
