1208827 Today I furthered on my study towards temperatments. I read the book "Why you act the way you do" by Tim Lahaye and I learnt a lot.

The four basic temperaments; Sanguine, Choleric, Melancholy and Phlegmantic seem to just be the beginning and foundation to learning the reasons behind people's actions.

I highly recommend the book

1208827 I learnt about the law of solid foundation. As a leader, you nust crave for credibility by trust. Also build inner character so that people can learn to depend on u better

1208827 Today's lesson learnt is just invaluable. The law of Addition.

Leadership is not a function of title but of service, meaning that you become a better leadership to the extent at which you can serve.

Service doesnt reduce who you are. It in fact, increases credibility.

As a leader, learn to add values to people by serving them. It'd go a long way

1208827 Today, I learnt about the Law of E. F Hutton. When the real leaders speaks, the people listen.

Leadership is not a function of titles but of who we are and who we influence. The author even talked on the ways to become a leader who has influence.

He gave an illustration. How can you know someone who is a leader? By looking at the reaction of people around him when he's speaking...

1208827 The Law of Navigation by John C. Maxwell in the The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership Workbook: Follow Them and People Will Follow You has really taught me a lot.

I learnt the power of navigation. Your ability to start a journey with the end in mind. He said anyone can move the ship but not anyone can chart the course.

1208827 We have been pushing on from March 1 which is day 1 and today is already day 4. Feel free to share your inspiration on whatever you read today
1208827 Today, I continued! I read on to Chapter 3. The Law of process. Leadership is not built in one day but daily.

I learnt even from the examples that John C. Maxwell used the power of process and why it is important not to ignore them
1208827 Today really was a great day! I continued on The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership Workbook: Revised and Updated and It has been helpful though.

I learnt that being a leader requires influence. Your level of influence is the extent of your leadership. John C. Maxwell also listed some myths about leadership in Chapter. I was able to learn more on that.

My inspiration is this: Become a leader to influence and not a manager to manage.

One of the myths is that leaders are often managers whereas, it's not so...

Leaders are not recognized by titles. It's a position you earn which is a reflection of who you truly are.

Wow! I'm just so bewildered to utter a word right now. I think I've learnt over time from you the power to acquiring knowledge.

This is great!
