Piper needs a bf, preferably someone more positive than she is and mentally stronger (piper is like, a goth and she's very fragile)

Appearance: Scarlett hair in long curls, petite, green eyes, pale skin.
Personality: manipulative, slightly sadistic (as in enjoys the pain of others) also has a dark personality. Deep down, broken and hurt as well as severely depressed
Weapon of Choice: axe
History: her father was in the hunger games and died in them, leaving her mother pregnant with her. This is why her mother had always despised her. Her mother is unkind to get and beats her. Piper then goes out and bullies others in the district and enjoys seeing their pain. Her mother marries again and has another child but she's didn't care for the child (a boy named Dylan) properly as she is too wrapped up with her knew husband. This leaves piper to care for Dylan but he gets sick and she can't help him so he dies aged 4 months. Her step-father also beats her and is unkind. He is a peacekeeper. These are the reasons why piper hates her life and enjoys the pain of others.
Other: piper volunteers to be the female tribute for district 12 in an attempt to commit suicide and to witness the pain of others. She also does this to get back at her mother and stepfather
