1214610 In terms of distribution of the assets, I would say fair and equitable terms are good to use when they are actually fair to both parties. And when the question comes to separation, I think breaking up of marriage within 2 years is itself tragic. Both parties require time to perceive each other and understand things better. But in critical cases like in the book itself, the case of Lindsay Kramer and Katherine Fisher, separation becomes a priority over perception of behaviour. Such toxic people should be removed from life as soon as possible. My reaction is an outcome of scenarios I witnessed in the book and somewhere around me in reality. Above all, if I talk about the distribution of assets, it is fair to a limited scale. I hope the governments assume such scales and make laws after analysing that. And that limit, in my terms, is support. Till the purpose of the distribution is to Support mothers and children, it is fair and equitable. As soon as it crosses that limit and the misuse of laws begins, the limit is over. When the law becomes a weapon for any two (couple) to feed his/her greed, that is unfair. The purpose of laws is to protect people, not to make people greedy. We must understand that ideology. I assume this was the biggest reason that Catfish is the role of the devil in the book. That's all on my side. I hope I have explained about the experience I came across in a simple way.
