Speaking of McCarthy books made into movies: any idea what's happening with The Road? Isn't that supposed to be out soon?

A play Cormac McCarthy wrote that was published last year. Few people know about it and it seems to have received very little critical attention, but it's pretty awesome. I'd like to suggest others read this play; it's pretty short (I read it in two days), but is rife with material for discussion.
