I LOVED the Sparrow and I've read the sequel as well. It didn't have the same impact on me, but I read it right after the Sparrow. I think that of I had waited a few months I would have enjoyed it more.

He did indeed... we are now going to read: "Batman: The Long Halloween" which is a great one (digital comics are awesome).

Yes, I get that I look like Kevin Smith (I'm the other Silent Bob as it were), but I also like the guy and we see eye to eye on a lot of things (though his propensity for vulgarity can be a bit much for me at times). As a result I try to pick up his writing as often as I can. I've never been a Green Arrow fan and was virtually unfamiliar with him as a character until Jace (my son) and I started watching 'Arrow' together.

So it seemed like a good time to dig up Mr. Smith's relaunching of Green Arrow from 2001. It was good stuff.
