I'm doing
The Picture of Dorian Gray instead of
One Hundred Years of Solitude. I read it awhile ago, and definitely need a re-read of it because I don't think I understood what I was getting myself into, but I'm not in the mood to do so now 🙃
To Kill a Mockingbird is really good!

I'm in Wisconsin USA, living in a little town on Lake Michigan. Our temps have evened out to the low 30s F, which is pretty comfortable, but about two weeks ago when that big storm went through we were easily below zero (with a -20F wind chill). It always makes me laugh that after cold like that, 25F feels like temps I want to go for a walk in - my brain thinks its summer haha
I'm planning to move this summer, but that's all kind of up in the air right now. I'm taking in the Wisconsin seasons while I can!

I think the list looks great! I might substitute some myself just because I've already read them, but I'm going to prioritize the books on the list first.

Oof, I have not - I haven't met my Goodreads goal yet (although I'm pushing forward some graphic novels that were on my list, hopefully that helps), I was late on some of my professional reading, and there were a lot of books on my priority list for 2023 that I didn't get to. It was a tough reading year in some ways, but I also read a lot of things I loved - I gave out more 5 star reviews this year then I ever have! But really, any year where I got to read books is a good year, so I'm happy overall 😊

I think I added them - they show up on my end at least! Was there a fourth one, or just those three?

Hi! I'm Hannah and I work as a high school librarian. I read mostly YA and Middle Grade for work, but there are a ton of classics I somehow missed the boat on (which as a book professional, makes me feel like a bit of a fraud sometimes, haha). My favorite book right now is Buffalo Flats by Martine Leavitt (YA historical fiction).
