I couldn't agree more!! I have four kids and have disciplined every single one of them in public. Nothing like a good dose of public humiliation to get kids to behave (oftentimes it's timeouts in the corner of a restaurant). I get a lot of looks; but I don't care.

My main annoyance - people who talk on cell phones while being check out. I think the people servicing you deserve a little more respect and your undivided attention. This also goes for the folks who talk on cell phone when picking up their kids from daycare.
