Johnathan would have been furious if he hadn't been so exhausted. Why was he so ungrateful? "I noticed," he mumbled.
Johnathan nodded and leaned casually against the wall. Slowly the pain subsided from Jack's head, and Johnathan sank the floor, exhausted. The pain wouldn't be coming back any time soon.
"Jack, cut the crap. Does your head hurt?" Johnathan asked again, expecting an honest answer this time.
"I'll let Lilac explain since she seems to know better than I do," Johnathan said, feigning annoyance. "Next time they try to make us pass out, you stay awake since you don't pass out from that anyway. Tell us what happens, we go from there," Lilac explained simply.
"Thank you, Johnathan, for the idea. It only needs a few modifications before it works," Lilac said, winking at him. He didn't show his confusion, but Lilac new it was there.
"If he can manage to not pass out when the gas comes, which he is plenty capable of, we can get out," Lilac told her confidently. If they could get out, they could find his buddy and he could help him.
"Right now because I'm sick and tired of waiting. We can find a way to get out. I mean, there's got to be some way." Johnathan said.
Johnathan thought about it for a minute. "You're right. This kidnapper dude is obviously stupid, he should be easy to escape from, yet I'm sitting here waiting for you guys to solve a bunch of useless puzzles!" He said angrily. "I saw we leave now, or we'll die here."
Tell me more about her past please, more than how she got kidnapped. Also, you mentioned a sister in the history, please put the sister in the family.
Lilac continued working on the puzzle for a bit, trying to ignore her surroundings. Johnathan's mind wandered.
