126481 It is the day of apocalypse!
But this time no ice age has frozen the earth!
No comet has thundered on the surface of the earth.
It is the greed of a species named human sapiens that caused the destruction this time…….
Read about a new possibility…..
And a new beginning………..

126481 College life of an individual’s life is worth remembering. At the onset of adulthood, an individual gets the first taste of freedom at campus. Sometimes the stream of freedom is canalized in the right direction, sometimes in the wrong direction –but it is the time when the individual first feels the joy of breathing in the open air, standing under the open sky. The bonding of friendship that college life usually experiences usually has a life long adhesiveness. ‘And we remained’ by Asad Ali Junaid is a tale of this unbound youth in the backdrop of an engineering college And We Remained by Asad Ali Junaid

126481 It is debatable –whether it is arranged marriage or love marriage? But it is beyond doubt that when an arranged marriage doesn’t click, no emotional relationship gets established between the groom and the bride-the marriage becomes a body without soul. Many parents, lured by a ‘bright’ N.R.I groom simply devastate the life of their dear daughter in the clout of arranged marriage. And suppose that the prospective bride is a burden to her some relative. What might be in her fate in case her marriage is a complete failure? Well, read Sumeetha Manikandan’s novella ‘The perfect groom’ to discover what the destiny might have in store for her.

126481 Can distance dilute the concentration of love? Or separation inflames the desire to come more closely? These are hypothetical questions that seem to have no answer. But you may be out of this dilemma if you read the romantic novella ‘Loves labor’ by Andy Paula. Well, if not completely out but certainly some light at the end of the tunnel-which you must see!
The curtain of the story is raised in Christ Church School, Mussorie where our young protagonist Piali is taking a class of standard twelve. The initial introduction of the teacher tells that she is a gem in her profession-enthusiastic, a good organizer, talented, with a good presence of mind and taking her noble profession very seriously. So much so, that the young teacher had been considered as the chief organizer in the forthcoming centenary celebration of the elite missionary school. Let us take an expert from the novella that gives glimpses of her capacity to tackle student

126481 Poems are like droplets of rain. Droplets of words alone can’t make a perfect poem! Like a splash of rain a perfect poem drenches the reader with sheer joy. Very few words of a poem can tell what a lengthy novel can never convey. The silence of a poem can echo the silent thought of the poet in the minds of those who share the thought! That’s what my first impression while reading ‘Postcards from memory’- the debut anthology of poems by Samir Santam.
It is hard to be simple and it is harder to express simple thought in simple way.

126481 It is a story of eternal love triangle- between one woman and two men. Since the theme is not too innovative the writer has to be very particular about the development of the storyline. we will try to examine whether Sarita Verma has passed with distinction or have failed miserably in her romantic novella-Girl from Fatehpur.
The story has begun amid a train journey from Allahabad to Fatehpur. Sanjana, our protagonist of the story is on her way back home from Mumbai-where she is working in a MNC after completion of her business school. She is leaving her office, getting utterly confused and caught in a dilemma of accepting a special man! In the words of the writer Sanjana has-“sparkling eyes, silky, lustrous hair and dimpled smile, Sanjana made a very attractive picture.”

126481 Contractual marriage is a relatively new concept that is worth exploring in the backdrop of the orthodox society of Indian sub continent which was accomplished with ease by Zeenat Mahal in her romantic novella-‘The contract’.
The theme of the story is set in the elite society of modern day Pakistan.
The curtain of the story is lifted in the house of Shahira- a separated charming lady in her early thirties living alone with her mother and only son and happens to be a teacher by profession!
