Etymology➛
[Keagan]: (kēgen) Keagan is the transferred use of an anglicized Irish surname, from the Old Gaelic MacAodhagáin which was developed from the personal name Aodhagán (from Aodh). Aodh means “fire” and was the name of a Celtic pagan fire/sun god. Keagan also means a thinker.
[Viva]: (ˈvēˈvə) From Latin through Italian. Meaning alive.
[Adams]: (adəms) Adams is a patronymic of Adam, which is of English origin, and is from the Hebrew personal name "Adam", which was borne, according to Genesis, by the first man. The name is from the Hebrew "adama", earth.

✮Full Description✮Keagan is gorgeus, and knows how to use it to her advantage. She is every average height with a slim figure, bright eyes, clear skin, and a full mane.

History ➤
Keagan was born the third child of Harley and Viva Adams. The two were absolutely infatuated with one another, and as five is one of the better off districts, lived comfortably. He worked as an equipment manager in one of the power plants, and she as a geologist researching alternate forms of power. Her old brothers, Ivo and Finian, adored her, bringing home gifts to their little sister, or the Little Princess, as they called her.
As soon as Keagan could walk, she began to cause trouble. It was mostly just stealing little tidbits, or anything else she could find. As soon as she started school, she appointed herself the queen bee, both hated and respected by all. Anyone who dared disobey her, soon found themselves alone and friendless. Teachers didn’t know the least about her playground antics, and any parent that complained to Harley or Viva, were hushed with stories of their kind, gorgeus daughter. Just after Keagan eighth birthday, her mother died. She had been out in the surrounding mountains researching the potential of thermal energy, when an ‘accident’ occurred. Harley was heart broken, and soon turned to drugs. Ivo and Finian did there best to take care of Keagan, but soon the family was thrown in to poverty.
Keagan did not let her family’s hardships to harm her own social status. If anything, her mother’s death hardened her soul even further, and turned her against any authority. From then on, almost every word out of her mouth was a lie. Ivo was chosen for the Hunger Games when he was sixteen and Keagan was twelve, having taken tesserae for the three. He died in the blood bath. Then, Keagan became convinced that the Capitol was powerful, and that she should strive to be as much like it as possible. Her remaining fifteen year old brother did his best to provide his sister with everything she desired, from clothes to hair dye, the biggest mistake of his life.
When Keagan’s name was called in the reaping, she wasn’t scared so much as mildly surprised and a bit pleased. This was a chance to visit the Capital and look absolutely fabulous on live television while doing it. There wasn’t much in district five she would honestly miss, and there was always the chance she could win with a good enough sponsor. Her only visitor before she got on the train was her tear-soaked brother, who couldn’t even get their father to show up.

Manipulative [When you know what a man wants you know who he is, and how to move him.] Keagan knows how to get what she wants, and get it fast. She doesn’t see much the point of making friends, unless, of course, her friends can give her something much more valuable in return.
Vain [Because I’m worth it.] It’s not like Keagan’s vanity is unearned. She is gorgeus, and smart, and knows how to use both of these things to her advantage. It’s more that she believes nothing is to expensive or too good for her.
Cunning [One must be cunning and wicked in this world.] Keagan is wicked smart. She learned from a young age how to learn. People-watching is the best way. You learn people’s secrets and you have the person.
Lonely [Nobody likes being alone that much.] Keagan has ‘friends’, just very few that she actually likes or that actually like her. She tells her self that she’s okay with that, that she loves it, but that’s the biggest lie she’s ever told.
